Chef T (aka Theresa Pham) was born and raised in Saigon, learning to cook from the best there is, her Mom. Theresa sees food as an expression of love and continues to learn in her friends’ mothers kitchens, from her Japanese mother-in-law, and via global travels where cuisine has been a focus.
Join us on Sunday, June 27 at 6 - 8pm CT/ 7 - 9pm ET as Chef T brings her love of food to your kitchen. Cook along and learn how to make quick pickled vegetables, a versatile addition to a variety of dishes, and lemon grass chicken with a marinade so delicious you’ll be using it for all your proteins. The elusive perfect salad roll is yours to make at home, and so much easier than you could imagine. All these dishes are just the thing you’ll want for your summer picnics or parties!
Upon purchasing the class ($40), you will receive a shopping list of the supplies you needed to cook along and make this experience more enjoyable. You also will receive all the recipes that we will cook during the class.
